Saturday, Januray 26th

Smugglers' Notch Primitive Biathlon 8:00 - 2:00
13th Annual Smugglers' Notch Primitive Biathlon: The Original Primitive Biathlon, using wood-framed snowshoes and traditional-style muzzleloading rifles. Competitors, many of whom will be wearing historically correct period dress, race against the clock and get bonus credit for shooting accuracy. Sponsored by the Vermont Trappers Association and Water 'n' Woods of Morrisville, there is a nominal fee for participation while spectators are admitted free.

Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides 12:00 - 4:00
Free Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides at the Vermont Maple Outlet on Route 15 between Cambridge and Jeffersonville - Fun for Everyone - Jingle all the way!!! Info at 644-5482.

Children's Story Hour 2:00
Stories and Origami presented by the Crescendo Club at the Varnum Library on Main Street in Jeffersonville for children of all ages. Refreshments will be provided.
No charge.

Snowshoe Weather Walk 2:00 - 3:00
If you can walk, you can snowshoe! A great way to get out and enjoy nature. Hosted by Smugglers' Notch Resort with an emphasis on the vagaries of mountain weather. A limited number of Redfeather Snowshoes are available for use free-of-charge and trail fees are waived. Meet at Smugglers' Nordic Center. 644-1173.

Main Street Arts Walk 1:00 - 4:00
The Bryan Gallery, Milkroom Gallery, and Visions of Vermont
Gallery, all on Main Street in Jeffersonville, are holding a Group Open House. Meet some of the artists and the people behind these wonderful community treasures and discover the diversity of art they display.

Lasagna Dinner 4:30 - 6:30
Presented by the Cambridge Fire Department Auxiliary at the Cambridge Elementary School in Jeffersonville. Tickets available in advance or at the door. Info at 644-5370.

No Strings Marionettes 6:15 - 7:30
Our favorite puppeteers, the No String Marionettes will perform The Treasure Hunt and The Friendly Pirate from Smugglers' Notch Resort will open the show with a few Chanteys and some RRRful jokes!
