Open mid-May to mid-Oct - Reservations Requested Quiet location on 20 acres along the Brewster River near Mt. Mansfield and Smugglers' Notch, the campground provides an ideal place to relax in natural surroundings. It is also a great base from which to enjoy the many attractions of the area, particularly the hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Primarily set up for tenting, the facilities include three sites with water and electric, a lean-to, a cabin, two tipis, and a rustic apartment. The modern bathhouse offers free hot showers. To ensure a quiet and safe environment, we do not allow any pets on the campground.

Summer Vacation Rental This is a spacious, wonderful and comfortable home for family and friends with spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and Smugglers Notch. Our home features a well equipped gourmet kitchen, a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace and 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. We have a lovely sunroom which is a great spot for relaxing with your favorite book. There is a large master bedroom suite (queen size) with a Jacuzzi and views of The Notch. The second bedroom has a double bed, and has the forest view. A large bonus room with a 32 inch monitor with VCR and DVD players (cable is not available) has plenty of room for a queen aero bed if needed. Amenities include phone, ceiling fans, CD player, wireless internet connection (bring your laptop), washer and dryer, and linens are provided. This is a smoke free home.
